Hi, I just joined the Texas Knitters Webring and was scrolling through the ring, thought I'd say Hi. I've been reading your blog for a few weeks now, ever since my dad (frank robinson) told me about a lady he worked with that had a knit blog and I should check it out. I've been enjoying it! Have a great week...

That sock is so cute, especially in the stripes. But I looked at the pattern, and don't get the part about turning your sock inside out???? Is it one of those things that just makes sense when you do it?

I need to figure out the afterthought heel or the short-row heel this weekend for my current sock. Any tips?
I love your sock - the colors are PERFECT for the sock style!

I admit the sock is very nice. I guess with all of the positive comments I cannot expect these to end up in my mailbox, right?
Anyway just in case, remember that I like short cuffs, okay?
Enjoy your weekend!

I'm so delighted to see this sock being knit up, since I'm on a first-name basis with the designer. (Actually she was my student in 8th grade, and I like to think I helped her in her path to successful knitbusinesswoman.) Your yarn choice is great...I love how you got the slinkies in all different colors.
