Thanks so much for such an informative post. I will come back to this when I am ready to make my own board. Do you have any advice for blocking tubular items? I have a cowl for the FSS that I know could benefit from a good blocking, but I'm at a loss how to best do it. (Circumference unblocked is about 29 inches) and lace pattern is a zig zag.

For blocking Tubular items, PVC piping can work well - it is very inexpensive and comes in a huge variety of sizes.
